The inspiration for EV Charger Discovery was from a collaboration between Adventsystems.net and Evergeticcs.com to solve an emerging problem within the EV charging industry of EV chargers being unavailable for EV drivers to use when needed. ​

​How an EV charger is restored to operational status may ultimately lie with the equipment manufacturer.  Most machines are joined to a manufacturer "network" and may be able to be remotely serviced depending on the actual cause of the outage.

 

Others are privately owned and non-networked and the equipment manufacturer has no control over them.  Other times a machine may be out of warranty and the responsibility for repair lies with the equipment owner.

 

In any case, when a charging machine is unavailable, some type of "service" is needed to restore the machine to an operational state.

We provide businesses or owners with on-demand or scheduled snap-shot reports of their charging site(s) status for offline machines.
